BMC Realty Trust – Peabody, MA

R.C. Griffin, Inc overcame environmental issues to construct this new 21,000 square foot contractor condominium facility. The building consisted of 22 condominiums, each unit complete with individual electric and gas meters. All of the units have rough plumbing for future toilet rooms.
